Tips for creating a great ad:

  1. Work out exactly what you're selling - if you're not sure then how will your customers know.
  2. Your logo may be the most important thing to you but your customers want to know how you can solve their problems. Put your logo at the bottom.
  3. Make sure the customers knows how they're going to buy from you - is it from your website, via phone or from a shop. The product and advert might look great but if they can't purchase then there's a problem.
  4. Have a punchy headline - you've got about 2 seconds to entice your customer to read on.
  5. Don't put too much information on it - people are time poor these days and a lengthy ad will put most people off straight away.
