At Lime-Red we understand that every client is different with different design needs for their various projects, so that's why we give you access to our online project manager - you can see exactly how much time has been spent to date, communicate directly with us, make suggestions and can keep a track of your precious marketing budget - all in your own time. 

Previously we had fixed pricing and you may wonder why we don't have that any more - we've found that so many of our clients want more than one thing. And quite often when we've worked with a brand before, we get to know it well so things don't tend to take as long - Lime-Red clients should benefit from being our long term clients, and we think this is the best way to do it.

Please get in contact with us so we can work out what you're after and how much we think it'll cost - everyone's different so therefore everyone deserves a fair price. Because we're transparent you know you are getting value for money.

• give us a full deign brief of exactly what you're after (we can help you with this) which includes:
  • colours
  • size
  • images
  • purpose
• spell and grammar check your work before you give it to us - we focus on how it looks not how it reads
• give us samples of what you really like and what you don't like and tell us why
• provide all logos, images, fonts etc at one time - having to change these for better quality or different versions is time consuming and can sometimes change the layout substantially.
• make sure images and logos are all high quality if printed work is required
• tell us about special printing requirements ie spot colours, paper stocks etc - these affect the design
