Print Design Process

1. We'll start with an initial briefing - this could be either face-to-face (which is preferable for inital or complicated jobs), via email or over the telephone.
   
2. Your job will be loaded into our online project management tool - it will be assigned a job number which follows the job right through to invoicing.
   
3. You will be emailed login details to the management tool so that you can track the time from start to finish
   
4. Turnaround times could be up to 2-3 weeks depending on the job and our current workload - we will let you know.
   
5. Initial designs are sent via email
   
6. Feedback from you is extremely important and this is where changes are done to reach the final design
